What I focus on

Tradeoffs, scope, communication, bottlenecks, failure modes, and how systems behave under load. Not whether you drew the right boxes.

No whiteboard theatrics. No memorized templates.

The goal is not to reach the perfect architecture. It's to communicate clearly and make reasonable tradeoffs as the problem evolves.
